This is a 55+ park, but only one person has to be 55 or older. There is an application for approval to move in - $40 i’m sure it’s a background check and probably have to make 2 1/2 times the park fee which is $650 a month. The place had a new roof put on in 2022 with a 10 year warranty. I have the paperwork in 2024 the whole place was rewired with new copper wiring throughout the entire trailer plus a new fuse box and fuses/ outlets. You can look it up with the city of Portland. The house is a complete mess right now as most places are when you first leave. My mom has dementia so she had to move out immediately. My sister’s trying to clean it up, but I’m trying to sell it as cheap as possible so we don’t have to do much cleaning. She paid $47,000 for it and put $20,000 into it. Because she has had dementia the last few years it has been run down a lot, but it’s all just cosmetic. I’m setting it at a price to sell ASAP.
