Had a wonderful experience of purchasing the vehicle. Frank was courteous, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Prior to arriving he shared the window sticker and sent photos. he even went as far as helping my wife transfer luggage from the rental we had to our newly purchased vehicle.    I have already recommended the dealership to a few of my colleagues.  The finance team was extremely helpful and efficient with getting the best rates.

I must say I wasn't gonna even go see this Honda at Hoblit because the price was over my unital limit of where I wanted to be.. but my wife started emailing with John and he seemed to actually be very attentive and willing to work a deal with us unlike most dealerships nowadays that went to this (no-haggle)stuff and made it very difficult to even walk in the door and feel a good vibe.. so we ended up going to see the 2024 Honda Civic and the minute we show up it was very stress-free no pressure just a bunch of laughs and smiles. John made us feel very at ease and able to take our time with eyeballing the vehicle very closely to make sure it was really what we wanted. Test drive was great. Good convo and laughs. The negotiation process went amazing they worked really well with me and we got to a deal of my initial out the door price that I originally wanted to stick to and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable like most dealers do!! They got my paperwork signing done super fast and I ended up getting a full tank of gas ( I didn't even ask for this) and 100,000 mi warranty on the engine and transmission that I didn't even know about that was no extra cost! I guess their dealership does this for all their vehicles which is great! 🙏🏼 This place really wants to sell cars the right way! I will deff recommend them to friends and family! 😁 Thank you guys!!!!!

I am very grateful for the time Hoblit CJDR put into locating me our 2025 Chrysler Pacifica! Specifically between the sales team ! TJ was my first contact and got the ball rolling, Kevin took over in the middle while TJ was off, located a Pacifica with my specific requirements and had tge dealership trade locked in, Tj came back and completed the delivery. They were both extremely professional, and locked me in on a lower APR tgan I had from my own credit union.

Cameron was such a delight to collaborate with! When I took my truck in for extended warranty service, we initially faced some challenges and were unable to proceed. However, Cameron put in tremendous effort to resolve the issue, even though our efforts initially did not yield results. After a week of persistent dedication, I managed to resolve the situation with my extended warranty provider. Cameron then went the extra mile to contact the warranty company once more, successfully obtained the approval, promptly ordered the necessary part, and secured the first available appointment to fix my truck. I am genuinely grateful for Cameron's exceptional service and the team at Hoblit Dodge. I will be choosing to return to them for all of our vehicle needs.
