Mike is the Man!!
Hands-down, the best experience I’ve had purchasing anything. Completely straightforward upfront pricing, no hidden fees no BS and Mike had me in an out almost as fast as you can get an oil change done at Grease Monkey. It was Well worth the drive an hour north. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

To start, we can all agree buying a used car is a complete joke of an experience. You don't know if you can trust the dealership or the person selling the car. You don't know if you're actually getting a good deal or just straight up getting something that's going to fail. This is real money, a real loan that doesn't care if you made a bad decision.

Now that we are all on the same page, Mike at Ratchet is 1500 miles away from me. I had an idea of a car but didn't know if I could trust it being sight unseen. Cruising through the listing's on autotrader I found Ratchet. I called Mike and he was knowledgeable, to the point, didn't push, answered all questions, was transparent with the flaws, sent me videos, pictures, answered my texts immediately, and never missed a call. I didn't feel like oh man he's hiding something. I'm screwed. He told me the truth, not what I wanted to hear and was realistic with the price for both him and me.

Car arrived and I fired it up and this lexus isf is exactly how he described it but even better. I even called him right away to tell him about it with a huge smile on my face.
The shipping company i setup came right at 6pm on a Friday night when Mike was supposed to close, even though they said they'd come in the morning. He stayed the 1 hr extra to make sure everything was good. Title and everything was mailed 2 day ship. This Mike guy doesn't miss.

If you want a used car, I think it'll take you awhile to find a dealership that even comes close to Ratchet. 1500 miles sight unseen is a huge gamble and Mike came through big time!

I've gone here to get wheels and tires for my truck a few times along with getting a lift kit installed. Mike the Owner is very helpful and respectful, along with the guys in the shop who do a great job. I will only use these guys. 10/10 recommend!!

These guys know what they are doing everything from car sales to parts and service and accessories they do it all one stop shop. Best prices in town definitely recommend. I had my truck down there for some ac work turned out to be the evaporator and that's a chore to tackle in the 07 tundra as its behind the dash here are some pictures of the work they also did a great job cleaning it up for me the plastic were pretty dirty. All better now ac blowing ice cold.
