Description

54”L x 36” W x 32”T (to top) 25” T (under clearance) table with 12” (1ft) flip up center extension. Table needs refinishing if wanted and simple wood glue repair to end piece that separated. All other parts of table are in good condition and don’t need anything other than polish. Comes with 5 chairs. One needs a quick glue repair for leg joint and 2 need new rear leg mounts (can get anywhere ex Amazon for cheap) The wood fabric on all the chairs is in good condition.
