Bought a used car from out of state. It only had 30,000 miles so I thought it was in great shape and they said it was. that they were having no issues. But when I got it, the truck had all sorts of issues. The air filter had never been changed. The windshield wipers were melted to the windshield. The truck leaked water into the cab into places. There was no key to get into the driver side door so you could Lock the vehicle. There was no key to the toolbox on the truck and it was locked. One of the fuel box didn’t work at all, another $500. The front two tires for unsafe to drive on the road. And the truck had been even properly cleaned. When you turn on the vent fan leaves debris and all sorts of junk still blows out and hit you in the face. They had fairly not done any type of inspection to see what was working on the truck and what wasn’t.

Dude from there just called me about a truck I inquired about on line.   I said 12700 is high for an 11 year old truck with 141k miles.  I said youre looking at close to 13k for about 60k more miles of life left on it.  He says "so you can tell the future now?"   Complete bag.   I said "you're smart mouthin me now?"  He hung up on me.  No wonder he's not at a major dealership.  No rapport, no professionalism.   Weak.

The overall experience felt easy and honest, with zero pressure. They provided the Carfax, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my rights—like being able to do a pre-purchase inspection, the option for an extended warranty, and what to expect when buying a used car. I ended up with a very clean used car at a great price that will get me where I need to go. I felt really comfortable and well taken care of.

I do not recommend you buying a used car from them at first. They seemed very nice and told me that the check engine light came on and it was just a spark plug and they changed it. It took four hours for them to do it and we were waiting the whole time, they guaranteed nothing was wrong with the car not even two months later of me owning this car I get the check engine light back on out is the Cadillac convert it needs to be replaced They basically lied about what was wrong with the car. They had it for some time and I’m pretty sure. Mention this issue or else I would’ve never bought it I paid 4200 for the car And then also they took over a month to get me my reg They charged me over 400 just to do the DMV paperwork Took their sweet time doing it I put all my money into buying this car Insured me that this car was good and Wrong with it was high mileage I am very disappoint Like I said, I do not recommend anyone buying a used car They had great customer But they were not honest at all
