This is a very rare find. Senior citizen original owner vehicle that was recently passed down in the same family. It’s always been garaged in a climate controlled garage, has a clean Carfax with no accidents with over 14+ documented maintenance services as well as many undocumented services done by an ASE certified family mechanic friend. This car was babied, maintained to a high standard. These cars regularly go to 300-400K miles with routine maintenance and this one only has 79K original miles, pretty unheard of for a 2001, so it has hardly even been broken in for a maintained Civic. Overall condition is 9.5/10. All factory recommended and preventative maintenance was always done on time or early at trusted shops. All fluids were done recently to prepare it for sale. Newer tires still have years to go on them, brand new battery and more.
