1983 Nautor‘s Swan 391

- Built in 1983 by Nautor’s Swan. Designer: Ron Holland. Model 391-017 (Hull Number 17) - 3rd owner and I kept her mostly on Long Island. The first owner kept her in Chicago and the second owner in Toronto, majority of her life she has been kept in fresh water. Since 2020 based in Florida. - Detail oriented maintenance and upgrades have been done on a professional level. - 2 anchors: One danforth on 30’ chain and rode and one bruce also on chain and rode - 6 coachroof hatches have been rebuilt in 2014, re-anodized and new lenses and hardware installed, new teak on coachroof, glued down. Side teak decks are still original. - 2 spinnaker poles and one whisker pole - 3 Cowl vents. Upgraded to Stainless steel ones by Vetus - Each cabin get’s good ventilation - Original anodized aluminum Spar made by Nautor’s Swan - Solid standing rigging by Navtec in good condition. Don’t know the age but it has low miles. Professional rigger inspect it in 2013 and he said it was in good condition. - 2 20/20 B&G Repeaters on the mast (need replacement) - 2 B&G Hercules 690, wind indicator and autopilot control in cockpit - 1 B&G Hercules 690 at Nav station - Garmin GPS 76 - VHF Marine Transceiver IC-M120 - Qualcomm satellite phone - Ramhead mount for iPad in cockpit - Red Night Lights inside saloon - Flood Light for deck - 2 Electric plugs on Deck for Search Light. - Navtec Hydraulic system for baby stay, vang and backstay. - Hood Electric Furling headstay. New motor in 2016 - Mainsail, older and stitched but in decent condition - Jib, 5 years old, clean and good condition, mostly stored inside and barely used. - Genoa 145%, older, needs replacing - Asymmetrical spinnaker in good condition - Symmetrical spinnaker in good condition - Storm mainsail, orange in color, new never used. Installs on it’s own track on the mast - Storm jib, orange in color, new never used. Installs on baby stay - Spare mainsail, used - New mainsail cover (heather beige sunbrella) 2020 and used yellow sunbrella mainsail cover - Running backstays. - Spinnaker rigging lines new - Propane tank for stove under helmseat - 9 Lewmar Winches. All have been serviced in 2019 - 4 Winchhandles - Lot’s of extra block and tackles - Original gelcoat in mostly good condition. However recent minor storm damage and fender rashes on some parts of the hull and gelcoat. Extra gelcoat repair kits included from original manufacturer for good color matching. - Blake bronze cone shaped seacocks. serviced 2019 - Swim boarding ladder mounted on transom - Sailstep Boarding ladder - It used to have 2 solar panels, 200 W total with charge controller and MT50 Panel at Nav station installed in 2019. 1 solar panel was lost in recent storm so will need to be replaced. - 2 carbon monoxide detectors - Eberspaecher D4L Diesel Heater. Has been rebuild in 2019. Spare Unit and extra parts also available - B&G Helmstar 740 Autopilot - Battery Charger built in, 30 amps - 6 AGM Batteries (1 is starting) 105 amps each, 630 amps total. 11/2020 - 3000 Watt Heart Interface Inverter - Marinco Shore power Cable, 25’ - Xantrex digital echo chargebattery charger - Xantrex Battery monitor - Balmar max Charge MC-612 - High output alternator on engine - Upo 3 burner stove and oven, gimbaled - Galley Hood above stove - Double stainless steel sink basin - Seagull Drinking water Purifier System ( needs new filter ) - Fresh Water Pump, Par 36800, service kit installed 2019 - Nova Kool 12V and 110V Refrigerator. Serviced in 2017 - Curtains throughout portholes and port lights, 2017 - Isotemp Spa, Hot water heater, 2016 - 2 stainless steel water tanks underneath settees - 8 sleeping berths, lee cloths for all berths - Rotary Aire Marine Climate Control, Heat, AC and Dehumidifier, new compressor in 2018 - Easy Touch 2.5 Touch Screen Controller for Rotary Aire, Wifi capable, 2018 - Suunto D 165 Compass , new 2020 and new suncover - Yanmar JH(2) series main engine. 1999, 1738 hours currently.
