These beautiful and rare pigeons are in very sweet and devoted couples. They roost together and freak out when they get separated. So please only inquire if you’re interested in buying at least 2 birds!!! I have 4 total birds (2 couples) that need a suitable loving home ASAP.. If I can’t get someone to take these before Monday after Xmas they’re going to a shelter. 1. Two fantails 4. Pouter/homing pigeon (which is “married” to the…. 5. Plain female homing pigeon At this point I only want to make a return on my investment for rescuing these birds, around $100. So basically, everything is price negotiable. I just need these birds out, I have absolutely no means to continue to care for them. TO CLEAR UP SOME QUESTIONS - They didn’t come from a pound, they came from a breeder to the best of my knowledge. Basically, a wealthy friend of a friend bought them off a Craigslist ad and immediately decided he didn’t want them. 😫 he was going to set them free, which I thought was insane, so I took them in. I’ve been doing my very best since then. I’d also appreciate some advice from people in the know - where can I take these birds in terms of shelter options??
