I have two (2) Klipsch 15” (SPL-150) subwoofers for sale. Both have the updated/upgraded plate amplifier sent directly from Klipsch (older versions of this amplifier had issues with a resistor placement melting the surrounding components – this would lead to amp failure). Both were used in my home theater for ~2 years but the new amplifiers have only been in for 6 months. Both have professional cabinet upgrades (including added internal bracing, re-sealing with 2-part epoxy and hot melt glue, 3 layers of internal constraint layer damping, and No-Rez added for to break-up internal standing waves). The only exterior change was addition of metal corner braces (see photos – if a Klipsch cabinet gets damaged, it’s usually the corners), which have saved the corners on more than one occasion! The cabinet modifications have added ~8lbs of weight, but they are able to play lower (16Hz at -3db instead of 20hz at -3db). Both have been well cared for in a non-smoking, no-pets environment.  Local pick-up ONLY (due to the weight of the subs, shipping would be astronomically high).
