This is an excellent coach it’s 30’ in length, just passed smog, and he’s registered until next February. New faucet in the kitchen and bath, all new LED lights inside and outside, new inverter generator, new brakes, master brake cylinder, transmission oil changed, engine oil changed, tune up, been living in it for the past six months, anything that did not work works now, both rooftop AC’s work, only thing that does not work is the dash AC. Besides that everything works perfectly. Tires are new. I drive it every day has solar on the roof with two house batteries that are two years old New max air a fan. This is one of the only RV bills that last for a long time. No delamination anywhere. No chalky paint everything shines great gas mileage I average between 8 to 10 miles per gallon. Both TVs are LED upgraded Soundsystem for both rooms. Fridge is about eight years old runs off propane or electricity water heater runs on propane or electricity too. All the locks outside have been replaced with one key for everything. It needs nothing but a great home for me. Looking to give it to someone who needs a home for the road. That’s maintenance free.
