Brand new -never used-hand-crafted, solid-wood viola for beginners. The Scherl & Roth R111E15 student viola brings a hand-crafted instrument into the price range available to beginning players. The R111E15 viola features a solid wood construction with a spruce top plus maple back and sides. Adjusted by hand in the Scherl & Roth USA workshop, each Arietta viola comes with D’Addario Prelude strings for excellent response and tone. The viola outfit includes a carbon fiber bow and thermoplastic case.
