Description

Pfretzschner viola R 401 E 16” This listing is for a 1990 Pfretzschner full-size viola. It needs a new D string that broke in my last move. Otherwise it is in great shape. This is a viola for any serious student. Its sound is rich, and has gotten 2 musicians through college. I’m the second owner, and have taken impeccable care of this fine instrument. I am selling it because I can no longer play due to health reasons. I would love to see this go to a new home where it will get some play time again and hopefully get another student through college. There are a few cosmetic scrapes on the scroll and body that I have included in the pics. The bow is in great condition as well. This instrument would be perfect to get a student through high school and college.
