1940s era Hobart 80 Quart Mixer with 80 quart bowl, dough hook, wire beater, and BBeater. Super heavy duty. They don’t make them like this anymore. Perfect for a bakery, pizza restaurant, panaderia, donut shop, candy making, and more. The Jelly Belly Factory in Fairfield still uses one of these in their taffy making up front at the visitor center, which is quite a testament to their durability. Can mix up to 155lbs of pizza dough at once. $1850 obo. Any reasonable offer considered.
