I purchased an SUV at the end Of March Kept the vehicle for two days in Inspection that same day I take the vehicle. I got a check engine light I give them a call Let them know that the check engine light was on, and the transmission was feeling weird. They scanned it said that it was a misfire changed out the coil. Got my vehicle back And Three weeks later, I’m having more problems with transmission no check engine light so I took it to transmission shop opened up the transmission and there’s metal shavings took pictures sent it to them and they’re saying that I’d caused it and that it’s past warranty when I clearly voiced it to sales manager Anthony Rojas that I was having a transmission problem. He said his tech didn’t find nothing wrong with the transmission, but yeah, I have pictures and prove there was something wrong with the transmission because shavings all over and they won’t help me out to get it fixed at least pay half of the cost if you’re looking to buy a used car this is not the dealership they will sell you a lemon and say that their tech did a inspection on vehicle before you bought it

I have now purchased my second vehicle from Arrowhead Honda. Eric was extremely helpful getting me into a new car that best suited my lifestyle and he made the trade in process simple, with a great offer. Thank you very much for making the process as easy as possible. I am loving my new CRV!

I hate to have to write this. This dealership used to have good service. Their service department is now awful. On 4/18/25 I had a 10:30 appt (set over a week ago) for a simple oil change. I arrived at 10:15 and said I’d wait. Over 3 hours passed and nobody even checked in with me. I finally got up after 3 hours and 10 minutes and talked with the service advisor. He got defensive when I kindly asked for the status and said they always take at least 3 hours to do an oil change, even with an appointment.

I finally got my vehicle back after 4 hours and 5 minutes. The price came up higher than we discussed. He forgot the coupon of course. And they had 3 $500 repairs needed. I was told the rear brakes were metal on metal. I went home and removed the wheel for a full inspection. The pads are at 4mm. Not even close to metal on metal. They still have a year left. The other two issues aren’t needed for many more miles either.

I highly recommend you avoid this shop and seek out a different service center. That’s what I will be doing.

We have been loyal Honda customers since 1996, but after our experience with Arrowhead Honda, we will never do business with them again. This was one of the most frustrating and deceptive car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.

We purchased a 2022 BMW X3 from them, and at no point did they disclose that the car only came with one key fob. Instead, they let us drive all the way back home to Tucson under the preface that they were contacting the previous owner to obtain the second set. When we spoke to our local BMW dealership, we found out that a replacement key would cost $650—something Arrowhead Honda conveniently failed to mention. Hiding such an expensive detail is not just bad business, it’s unethical.

On top of that, their finance manager Jeff Anderson was incredibly rude, brushing off everything we said and acting as if our concerns didn’t matter. Not to mention, they lied about the vehicle, saying it came with a spare tire. BMW’s come with run flat tires… Their ignorance and lack of professionalism was shocking.

As if that wasn’t enough, we made an appointment for the vehicle under the impression that I would come home with the car, drove 300 miles round trip, only to find out the vehicle was not ready for delivery. No warning, no apology, no test drive at the time, just a complete disregard for our time.

We expected better from Honda, especially after being loyal customers for nearly 30 years. This dealership operates with zero integrity, and others should consider taking our business elsewhere. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic respect, avoid Arrowhead Honda at all costs.
