2009 Cadillac CTS

2009 Cadillac CTS has been my girls daily driver for the past 4 years runs and drives fine gets from point A to point B no problem cars full loaded moonroof all that good stuff I’ve put a lot of money into beginning of last winter redid the whole front end wheel bearings all around an all 4 new tires all around car was always maintained THE BAD: frame has a small patch from a rust hole i had it cleaned and welded check engine lights on runs a couple codes says a bunch of other stuff on dash service abs system service stability track pretty sure oil pressure sensor needs to be replaced needle will read then won’t heat works but blows cold on driver side ac works fine tho front driver seat has no power too it I can’t figure out why it’s stuck in the position my girlfriend had it last and the sunroof recently started leaking in rainstorms is inspected till end of 2025 honestly just need the car gone I’m buying her a new one and have no room for this 2,200$OBO worst I can say is no
