Comes with original box and all box inserts / booklets plus a genuine Meta Quest carrying case that we bought new additionally. Everything is from a clean smoke free home and is in excellent condition. I have the original receipt from Walmart if you'd like that as well. Comes with headset, controllers, charger, charging cable, carrying case, original box, all original box inserts.
