I had a seamless and transparent experience at South Coast Mitsubishi. They really took exceptional care of my vehicle. It sounded and was running really rough but after their technicians worked their magic it sounded brand new again!

Carmen was a Godsend, she was very gracious after I arrived late, she was crystal clear on every step of the entire process and was consistent in her dealings with me.

I really wish I would’ve got the names of the technicians as well because they did amazing!

Also, even though I was dealing with the service department, the sales department was very accommodating and courteous offering refreshments and asking had I been helped which made the experience really comfortable.

South Coast Mitsubishi was very trustworthy and executed at a high level and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service for their Mitsubishi!

My experience was awesome at this  dealership. Ali, Kevin - sales consultant and Ed did a great job on getting my deal done with best interest rates. The owner is very accommodating and works for the customer! I love my car and had an awesome lifetime experience at Mitsubishi in Costa Mesa. I will recommend for you to come and buy a great car product and have a wonderful car buying experience.

AUTO FRAUD! I would like to start by saying I have no idea how this dealership is still open and/or how they have not gotten their license revoked! I purchased a 2020 rav4 July 20, 2025. In the legally binding purchase agreement, they bought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler as a trade in. In California,  dealerships MUST pay off the vehicle within 21 days of the transaction. A few months go by and I noticed my trade in has yet to be paid off!! I am now delinquent on my loan and my credit continues to be significantly hit. I called over and over, getting the run around and putting it off on someone else, “they would give me a call”. No one knows what happened and never received any call backs. I have called EVERYDAY with no information or definite resolution. So essentially, they stole my car and have not paid for it. I am being “told” it will be resolved by Wednesday but no proof yet. Also, have yet to receive registration for my new car!! I’m starting to wonder if they sold it without a title! If this continues, I will be filing complaints to the attorney general’s office, the DMV, federal agencies, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and hiring an auto fraud lawyer. This is unacceptable!! Now going through the dealership reviews, I see this is a pattern. We are real people, with real lives. I have children with disabilities, we work hard for our money and for a business to have no remorse and put us in an illegal financial debt is appalling to say the least.

Friendly and welcoming workers, made my first car  financing experience a breeze. Big thanks too Hassan on all his help and the rest of the team at southland!
