Chris Harman and his employees are kind, fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I have purchased new and used cars in several cities throughout the USA, and my recent experience with Autoville has been far and away the best.

I called for over a month for a truck they had listed for sale and kept getting the run around from Chris (who is owner and only person that can sell a car-according to him). I kept having to call back in for updates and he would say,  "oh we're fixing this and that" and then he would say it was ready and then ironically, he would say something else was wrong. Not to mention, it was the same thing-they were going to put shocks on it, they put them on, oh now they're doing it today. He told me he would be off the week of thanksgiving but he would call me on Monday. Well, Monday came and went, and no call! I saw on cargurus where he marked the car up $1000. I called him and he assured me the mark-up wasnt for me, but the car still wasn't ready. The last I spoke to him was last Friday and he said he would drive it over the weekend and make sure it would be a good investment for me. Well lo and behold, I saw he listed it on facebook market over the weekend!

In response to your reply, there is a difference in waiting on parts and leading someone on. If he was trying to make sure the vehicle was ready and needed to inspect other aspects of it, why would he post it online in the process (especially if it wasn't ready), raise the price, and not call me back? Sarah, it sounds like your misinformed of the situation! Good luck on the sale of the 2001 Ford Ranger.
