Edited: do not buy a car from these people they sold us a car that had to go in the shop not even two months later now we are stuck without a vehicle and Mr. Joseph hung up in my face when I got to asking him questions about why should we be taking a vehicle? We have to pay every month on to get fixed due to some electrical problems. I originally gave them five stars being naïve because they showed us good customer service in the beginning, but of course that was just to sell  the lemon vehicle that they possibly knew was gonna go out once they got the check from the bank!! Now we are without a vehicle again back to square one so if you have money to waste, yes go to them if not, drive far past it as possible!!!

Blanca was the best help ever! Very professional & fast acting. She’ll work with you on any car you need within reason. Five stars! Would highly recommend:)

I have been looking for a car for the past four weeks and I was just scrolling on OfferUp for hours every day until I stumbled across Todd I was looking to find something that I would like in a car that I know that will fit me. I was uncertain, I wouldn’t find one in my range
I call Todd and he was really sweet and he made me feel very comfortable and reassured with his polite hospitality ,and energetic he was. I put my shoes on and Uber down there and I was approved for a Mustang after talking with Taylor at the dealership I was able to drive off the lot and I just think she is also the sweetest all sorts of good vibes and good energy from these place to put you right where you dream I gotta thank Todd and Taylor ever so much for making my dreams into a reality by helping me find and get my dream car really beautiful people and really beautiful place. I highly recommend going and I wouldn’t go to any other dealership after meeting them now the car is a beauty after having it for about five days. I just wanna say that I am in love I drove it to California and it runs like a Trojan horse exponentially astronomical I can now drive go on my nature trails and be top down in my convertible and only 1500 down it’s cheaper for me to have this card than the card that I had before which is also a beauty if you’re looking for a car, even a dream car, I recommend going to Todd and Taylor! :) they had plenty of cars to choose from, and I would’ve been satisfied with a handful of them

Excellent customer service! The staff was transparent about the current vehicle status and history. They were professional throughout the entire process and answered all the questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car - great purchasing experience!

Worked with Blanca on getting a car as a new resident to Las Vegas, despite some personal challenges she was able to get me into a lovely 2016 Nissan! Definitely recommend Charleston Auto for anyone having issues with “traditional” financing.
