My mom and I went in and we were able to get approved with in house financing very easily with the help of karim! Him and the other staff were so welcoming and understanding of our credit and financial details and got us into our new car today! I’m definitely going to be going back again for our next car purchase.

Issue with 1-3 months since purchased Car from (Sublime auto )

1. First day of purchased BRAKES - car brakes were not fixed almost crashed due to not being able to push the brakes
Check engine light was on
2. The first month of purchase AC- car was over heating and AC was blowing hot air after being told the car was at 100% fixed ( mechanic added coolant ) - No work was done after I was told to purchase coolant if happened again
3 . Currently AC- it’s now September 4 months of having the car AC does not work at all anymore ( I called a week ago and was told by Jasmine that I have warranty still and can bring the car in and a mechanic will fix it (I called and spoke with the person who sold me the car and he tells me the car has 2 weeks of warranty after getting it check back in late June ) I am barely being informed about the 2 weeks warranty in September ! ( I haven’t received my 1 year warranty with details etc nothing since purchase of the car in email ! Mechanic has not told me about the 2 weeks warranty as well after pouring the bought coolant or car AC liquid in the car at the car lot mechanic test drove the car with me inside as well
4. Brakes are also bad as well after being told car was 100% fixed
5. Tires - I was told Tires were brand New ( Got them checked 9/4/25 - I have 4 different tires all of them are Used and 1 is bigger than the rest of them
6 - car payments I am being called and told my car is going to get repossessed after I make my payments due to staff not doing there job and double checking after 2 months

OVERAL - Customer service care and or support has been a debate and arguments since I purchased the car we have had trouble I am not happy it is 105 degrees out side and more I have to pay out of my Pocket due to a poor car being sold cheaply and quickly warranty was not explained good enough the time of purchase!

We came here after hours and even though we didn't get a vehicle. We applied and is awaiting for a response. Both dad and son assisted us. And I gotta say. Customer service is one of the best and they're so welcoming. I would definitely purchase a car from them just because of their service.

Karim worked with us to get a great deal on a Honda CRV! He was very kind and patient with our so who was less than cooperative. He hunted around and got a good deal for us. Will definitely be stopping by here first the next time we are in the market!

Highly recommend this place for any first time car buyers or anyone who has had trouble with other dealers because i was givin so many “No’s” and “they cant go further with” but these guys told me they would get me into something and did just that i was able to leave with a nice car fully insured and they help me with everything they could and kept their promise with me . Highly appreciate this company and will be buying more cars in the future.
