Like new 2021 toy hauler. 36 foot contained with one slide out, additional fold down back deck (see pictures). Private bedroom includes a new queen pillow top mattress. Additional queen bed can be lowered in toy hauler/living area with additional space for an air mattress (for those who like guests). Full size shower and upgraded bath finishes. Current site is also close to restroom/extra shower facilities. Kitchen includes a gas range, oven, and convection microwave. 50” mounted TV compatible with Roku and Bose stereo system with both internal and external speakers. Additional TV hookups included in bedroom as well as outside. Comfortable leather sofa includes three recliners as well as built-in cup holders and USB charging ports. We have moved the furniture around to use the open toy hauling space as a living room (couch plus two reclining chairs and ottoman) while parked and transitioned the pull out (original location of couch) to house a bistro dinette table. Lots of storage throughout. Camper is fully outfitted with plates, cookware, linens, etc. that can be sold with camper or we will remove if desired. All is like new as the camper was purchased brand new and has only been used approx one dozen nights, primarily parked at the Nature’s Resort campground in Homosassa. Nature’s Resort has a year plus wait list for long-term site placement most times. By purchasing while our site is leased (through April 2024), you will be grandfathered in for immediate rental (new lease required by park). Currently located in the new “N” section which is the highest ground of the campground, safely housing the camper through storms with no flooding. Campground is located on the river and includes a marina with boat and kayak rentals, a bar and grill, pool, basketball court, soon to come pickleball court and hosts many fun activities throughout the year. Located close to Crump’s, The Mill, MacRae’s, Florida Cracker, Monkey Island, and more. There is boat storage right on site (in addition to rental at the marina) and is a very happening spot throughout scallop season. It has been a quick getaway and great home away from home for us! We do have a golf cart that can be negotiated in if desired.
