My investigation tells me that this is from Bangkok Thailand. I’ve only seen 2 others like it n(not exact) but very similar. I read that pilots and military members would get these at the Bangkok jewelry stores. The 2 that I found (worthless worthpoint) just worthpoint were sold for approx 200 bucks. I’d like 2 million but any fair offer will be considered. It does declare it to be silver although I’ve not tested . There is an inscription stating silver. Percentage not listed zippo flints do work fine
