Selling our custom built out high top camper van. Runs great, lots of amazing memories in this van, sad to see it go. This thing has a lot of fun character, will be great for camping in style while hauling all your adventure toys. 5.4 L V8, RWD, 96700 Mi Clean title in hand. Passed DEQ inpection Oct 2020, registered in OR through March 2022. The walls and ceiling are 3-season insulated with 3M Thinsulate and finished with tongue and groove wood. Camper style windows on both sides let in lots of light and include sliding glass panes for air flow in the summer. Extra windows in the high top provide additional light. The forward-facing rear seat can be used with a removable table, or converted into a 76” long bed. Unique design allows for ample storage behind and below the seat. Additional storage boxes on shelf along rear ceiling. Aftermarket center console folds up into a third belted seat. Radio has USB port. Kitchen area has pull-out two-burner stove, connected to a 20 lb propane tank. Lots of drawer and cabinet space for dishes, cookware and food. Bowl sink with hand pump faucet. 6-gal potable and grey water tanks stored in cabinet below sink. Sink cover folds out as additional food prep or clean up surface. 12V DC power system independent of vehicle battery. Two 100 AH Gel Cell batteries are charged with a rooftop 100 W solar panel. Powers dimmable LED lights, exhaust fan over stove, USB charging ports. 6500 lb rated tow package, 2” hitch receiver with 4 pin trailer wires. Rear ladder to access Yakima roof rack with 78” bars. Includes custom three-point stabilized rack system with tray, capable of carrying 2 kayaks and 2 bikes vertically. Includes a set of tire chains and a Mr. Heater Buddy for use in colder weather. Can provide all maintenance records since I purchased it at 66k. Oil changes every 3k (most recent at 95k) 90k service including new fuel filter. New transmission cooler hoses at 81k New rear brake shoes and drums at 78k New tires at 75k New spark plugs, plus one coil and injector at 74k. New ball joints and left tie rod at 74k. New shocks at 73k Replaced all brake lines and master cylinder at 69k.
