If 400 built in tones/sounds are not enough (and that includes several drum kits that turn it into a drum machine) you can sample 1 second of any other sound and store it as a tone. It can run on AA batteries for car rides or working on music in a park or at the beach. A great board for kids and beginners, it will keep them busy for hours.
