I wish I was the one you should listen to before you turn yourself to the devil. My name is Devens It’s about to be a year since I buy a car from that dealer. Trust me the person you mate when you buy the car this is not the person you’re gonna meet up when you need the paperwork Till  now I’m still facing the worst  time in my life because Mr. Carlos refuse to tell me the truth, and to give me the paperwork they gonna sell you. a rebuild Car in the less than three months. You’ll be surprised about the car you buy for a lot of money. Worst dealer I ever buy car from 😡😡😡

A few weeks ago I purchased a UTV vehicle from Carlos (owner) at Opa locka  auto sales.  When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed that some parts (light bar kit)were missing. This was brought to Carlos attention and he stated he would get to the bottom of it with his security camera system. A few days went by and the camera system was never mentioned again. A few days later the same lights that were missing from
My UTV we’re on Carlos’s personal golf cart.

Carlos was confronted once again and agreed to pay for the lights. To this day I have yet to receive payment for the lights. It’s not so much the lights as they’re worth $150 more importantly is the principle if somebody of this caliber would do this to me which I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past couple of years imagine what you do to you. Consumers beware Carlos is a liar and Untrustworthy.

Has not replaced or reimbursed me for  the  items.

Bought a car and was promised and told it had no mechanical faults. 20 days later the valve body was damaged. Transmission didn’t work, then the power steering was leaking and there was a misfire on a cylinder. I contacted him and he said he would fix the issue in a week, he didn’t do it for almost 2 months. He then gave me a car while he fixed the issue, the head gasket blew 2 weeks in. Don’t work with Carlos, hes not honest and won’t answer your calls. Look somewhere else. I asked for a refund on my car and he only gave me half. Save yourself!!

Best dealer ever! All my vehicles has been bought from here. Carlos, the owner, has great customer service skills and acknowledged.  He also owns a car window tinting business and mechanic shop as well.
100% recommended.
