Sinar Large Format Digital View Camera for Trade For TRADE: Sinar P2 4x5 digital view camera with Sinarcam2 and Sinarback 23 digital back, all the stuff to make it work, and then some. The camera is in excellent condition both functionally and cosmetically, and all works as it should. I had fun with it for a few days figuring out how it all functions, and would love to continue to use it if I only had room for it. As you can see from the photos…it’s a LOT of camera… Check out the video clip to see how it all fits together. Last image is a sample image made with the camera during my testing. The Sinar P2 is an amazing studio large format digital camera with all the movements (swing, shift, tilt, etc.) that you would expect from a professional view camera. In what the manufacturer calls “multishot” mode, the camera takes multiple images, shifting the sensor by one pixel each time. Therefore, “…each pixel is captured by every primary color. You achieve an unimagined level of color accuracy and intensity. In addition, moiré will be prevented. And since there is no interpolation, there is no loss of definition either. The result is brilliant, sharp images of the highest quality.” In multishot 16 mode, it creates a 25MP image that prints at approximately 21” x 14” at 300dpi. The whole shootin' match includes a Macintosh G4, Apple HD Cinema Display (acrylic stand snapped off when I tried to move it, so you have to lean it). power supply for the camera, all the cables to connect the camera to the power supply and the Mac. Sinar CaptureShop software is installed (and the discs to re-install it if needed are included). Camera user manuals and CaptureShop quick start manual are included. (Detailed CaptureShop “manual” is the in-app help function). Extras include extra optical cables, adapters for various digital backs, sync cord for PocketWizard (for using off camera strobe), and some parts that I cannot identify. I’m not interested in selling it, but I would love to trade for a Hasslblad xPan, or a panoramic large format view camera (6x17 roll film or 4x10 sheet / wet plate camera). For digital gear, I’m also in the market for a Fujifilm GF 110 f/2.0 lens. Local pickup only
