This trailer is a great opportunity for any contractor and/or carpenter. It does need a little work done inside and out but one hell of a deal. The trailer has an electrical lift, updraded wheels, ramp style door, and an electrical panel with the capability of running electricity throughout the whole trailer. Inside, the trailer was customized to be a mobile wood workshop. It has an area to put a table saw and has enough space to cut a 4' x 8' board with no help needed at all. Also, it has a miter saw station all with places to hold wood that you have cut or will be cutting. Lastly there is a dedicated area to put a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven with all the electrical needed to use these appliances right next to it.
