With the Sigma lens and the Tiffen filter (when sunny) it definitely produces professional level and/or artsy type photos and also can take low-light photos w/o the Tiffen filter. Functionally, everything is in perfect condition and there are no scratches on any of the glass. There should be example photos online if you look up the Sigma lens and Tiffen filter and that will give you an idea of what the results will look like. The Tiffen filter is really interesting because as you rotate it, it variably dimms the lens, so you can keep the shutter open longer in the bright daylight and create very artsy ethereal images.
