I brought my 2016 Range Rover Sport in for service, and when I got it back, I discovered that the mechanic are owner Julian left my windows down during a rainstorm. As a result, my interior was soaked, and now my radio won’t play because the electrical system shorted out. This is completely unacceptable! A professional mechanic should take care of customers’ vehicles, not leave them exposed to weather damage. Now I have to deal with the costly consequences of their negligence. I wouldn’t trust this shop with my vehicle again, and I highly recommend others think twice before bringing theirs here. He also change the price on me twice! You have been warned do not do business with this shady dealership! Im also In the process of suing him for damages in small claims courts. High price tag with unprofessional work! They also left my truck on E even though I brought my truck in on a half of tank. He also left my engine cover off I had to go back and get it reattached he tried to tell me it was already like that which was a lie. He also said my sunroof leaked which was a lie. I keep my truck in my driveway and it never leaked! You have been warned!!! Don’t do business with these people! Attached are pics of wet my Range Rover soak and wet on the inside!!!!!

The fine folks at Bemer Motor Cars have been wonderful to this old man.  They have worked on my 2005 Honda twice now, the first time, an easy fix.  The second time was a bit of a nightmare.  It was a two-part issue.  It took time to accurately track down the first issue (fuel pump) then the old car threw a curve ball at us.  The key fob had dropped its programming.  That took another day to track down.  They rebuilt the key fob at no extra charge for which I was extremely grateful.
They take customer service very seriously, especially for a fixed income senior.

On Monday, Junior called to let me know my car was ready, and when I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised—he waived the loaner car fee as a birthday gift! That small gesture meant a lot and showed they truly value their customers.  Not only was the customer service top-tier from start to finish, but the repair was also done at a fraction of the cost compared to what BMW would have charged me for the same work. I’m beyond grateful for the affordability, honesty, and efficiency of their team. My car is back up and running smoothly, and I know exactly where I’ll be going for any future vehicle needs.
