Five Stars is Not Enough!

I've worked in dealerships for 20 years and will not buy another car anywhere else but from here. Sebastian is a good hearted down to earth guy and is very honest. My wife said this is the first time she felt relaxed buying a car. The company they go through for financing is amazing and I got an amazing interest rate compared to the pre-approved offers I got before hand. A no bs purchase experience with tax, title, license and doc fee...that's it! No $2500 "pack" added on where they tell you that it's a protection package for acid rain, interior protection and whatever other snake oil they try to sell you on, just the car.
Bought a beautiful Alfa Romeo stelvio veloce, my dream car and brought it to the dealership. They said it's the cleanest used Alfa they have seen. Sebastian buys quality cars, both something he has to worry about selling someone. Seriously, buy your next car here! If he doesn't have it on his lot, just talk to him and he will find it for you. My second car that I purchased from them. Sebastian, the owner, is a local dealer and he’s honest, communicates well and timely. Currently the used car market is overpriced and big name dealers are not budging or anything on price and I know as I’ve been looking for two months.
Sebastian sent me very detailed photos, videos, and info on all the cars. Told him what I wanted and he was out scouting online at auctions and visited local auctions. We had bids on 6 potentials but got outbid. Some of them he told me to stop and not offer more money as it was higher than market price. Finally found another one and we won that bid. I probably saved a few thousand dollars as compared to big name local dealers. That’s my big win saving money and helping a small business! He let me know when the car was delivered and I went to look at it and it was just as good if not better than what he sent me in the pics. I mean this experience is like a personal broker for car shopping.

I bought a 2019 wrx from Sebastian, who’s the owner. Not only have I never seen such an amazing car collection but I’ve never seen the owner of a dealership be so precise and honest on his vehicles. VERY VERY DISHONEST MAN...NO, A BOY! MAN NOT LIE TO HIS CUSTOMERS. SHOW THE $3,000 "SERVICE" YOU ARE A LIAR! I purchased a 2003 Mustang convertible from Sebastian. I asked several times for a "fresh start up" so I could hear the engine. He only sent me videos of the car AFTER he had started the engine. Told me SPECIFICALLY, "Nothing is wrong w/the car." I got the car here to my home via a transportation company. THE VERY FIRST START there is an incredibly loud screeching sound. Got it to a mechanic that is $155.00/hour. He said he THINKS it's the starter, but not sure until I get into it. He estimated $1,000 for a new starter & labor. Sebastian said, "NOTHING IS WRONG W/THE CAR!" "I will give you $400, but that is IT!" The shop was backed up, but they finally got it in, it was NOT the starter! They had to remove the transmission (10 hours). Found out there are teeth missing on the fly wheel & the input shaft is bent inside the transmission. REBUILT transmission is $3,500 plus labor. IF they can find one. A REMANUFACTURED trans is $7,000 plus labor. AND the a/c clutch bearings are out: new compressor & new freon is $564.00. The a/c WAS NOT cold when I got the car, even tho Sebastian put his hand over the vents in a video & said, " a/c good & cold."
