This place is a complete nightmare. I regret ever stepping foot on their lot. All the staff was rude, but ELENA and Manager GEORGE were the worst they couldn’t care less about me as a customer. I was promised an extension and they still came and took my vehicle. George first said he would help by breaking up the extra charges so I could get my car back, but then changed his mind and claimed “the boss” denied helping me in any way.

When I asked to speak with the owner, Juan, I was told he didn’t want to talk to me and that I could only reach him by email. That is beyond unprofessional. To make things worse, George actually hung up on me.

If the horrible experience I went through and the money I lost can do anything, let it be a warning please listen to these reviews and do not get a car from here. These people are absolutely horrible.

I had a great experience here i bought a 2019 Honda CRV and Tacho and George
Where great thay did everything to have me driving out the same day and also made sure the car was in perfect condition. I recommend this place 100%

I wouldn’t recommend this place to satan himself. Sold me a lemon. The car had 66k thousand miles on it and was still a piece of junk. Manager refused to maintain communication with me and was completely dismissive.

Horrible horrible place they will threaten to tow your car and if you don’t pay this payments on time and even if you let them know that you gonna be delay they will still charge you for a huge late fees and send out a towing because of that just to collect your and other stuff they come up with horrible ideas to take your money very rude managements they don’t care about their customers I will never ever buy a car with them again or suggest any one to go there. I hate this place!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !
