It’s approximately 5 years old. It cost over $5,000 when I bought it Brand new. No pets were allowed on the couch and there was no smoking inside the house or anything like that. It’s in really good condition. There are two defects. I took pictures of both. The plastic is cracked inside the console piece and there are little holes in the fabric on the sage lounge. My son broke the plastic from stepping on it, which I’m sure can be easily replaced and fixed. The holes are from my ex-girlfriend’s dog. It’s comfortable and doesn’t stick to your bare skin like treated leather does. The sage lounge reclines and the other end piece of the couch reclines as well. I love this couch and the only reason I’m selling it, is because I’m moving out of my rental and have to put everything in storage. The couch will just take up too much space.
