Javier at Seaview made the process of buying my accord easy! My girlfriend loves the car and wants me to drive us everywhere ever since I bought it! It was cool sharing stories with Javier about being the same age and it great that he made sure both myself and my girlfriend were included in any conversation. The service department took great care of me during my visit to the Seaview dealership. Rather than wait around, I was offered a courtesy ride home and would be picked up when my car was repaired. You can't beat that for excellent customer service. My car was fixed by the next day and I was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable repair bill. I have been a customer of Seaview GMC for my last 2 car purchases. I also only get my car serviced there. This time around I was met with excellent customer service. Alicia was very helpful and knowledgeable thru my car repairs. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and again the care from Alicia was great. I will continue to use their service department.
