Honestly tried machine once on husband s leg. I ended up going a different way before machine arrived and was not able to return. Paid seriously over$500. Just want it gone now that I have no use for it. Seems to work well ! Comes with all that was sent to me instructions charge after treatment cream no no it's self one attachment .
