This has been the only place I’ve taken my  Range Rover since I purchased it at the referral of a friend. The service has always been exceptional. The staff are very friendly and incredibly efficient. And the shop is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. We have already decided this is where we are buying our next new Rover.

I’ve sent over four emails in the past four months to schedule service and order parts, but I haven’t received a single response. Are they short-staffed? Why can’t anyone respond? I shouldn’t have to call and go through prompts and customer service to schedule service for a luxury vehicle. Mazda and other brands offer better scheduling services than Land Rover. It’s time for you to upgrade your system to stay relevant. Or perhaps you should respond to your emails, since that’s the purpose of having that option available.

What a pleasant experience I was very impressed with how I was treated. The customer service was hands down better than anything. I've experienced in the entire Northwest. Very polite, respectful and informative thing, it's just another reason why I choose to own the land rover product

A+, 5 stars, two thumbs up. I’ve had nothing but great service every time I come in. It doesn’t matter who I deal with but I have to give praise to someone who’s given me the best service I’ve had in a long time, hands down. She goes above and beyond.
My vehicle was having some work done and the roof racks needed to come off and when I purchased the vehicle I never got keys for them. Michelle took my vehicle to a lock smith for me to have keys made so I didn’t have to deal with it. Now, that is going above and beyond!!
On another occasion, Michelle messaged me in regards to my wedding. That took me by surprise because she remembered what weekend I was getting married and wanted to wish me a good weekend!!! Thank you Michelle!! You rock!

Tried to get my vehicle looked at here since our family has recently moved South. I bought my car brand new from the North/Seattle but since that location is three hours away from us now and I have four small children under eight driving that far is not at all convenient. Well, my attempts to have a smooth transition from one Land Rover to another completely failed. For one, this place does not offer courtesy vehicles to first time customers... Ok, fine...I decided the North end shop just treats people better, probably has a bigger budget, but whatever, I needed my vehicle fixed so I made my appointment. The person on the phone sounded disinterested, did not want to banter whatsoever..Ok, fine...moved on... I talked to them about the logistics of my drop off, asked what was the closest rental place so I could find a car that fit my family as I need one that fits our large family. I called the rental company to get in, it was a hot part of summer my kids had been in our car in 90 degree weather driving with windows down which worked but was uncomfortable especially for my one year old! Desperate of course, and willing to pay out-of-pocket just to get my new car back in service, I get on the phone with the rental company and they tell me their mini vans *only one they have that fits my family size* have been recalled so they can't help me. Ok, fine...I call the dealership again to see if they had any ideas - I offer to rent one from them, explaining again how hot it has been for my baby...crickets...this person was such a bore! Had zero empathy. No personality. A bit shocked with zero help I say I probably need to cancel. He says, "OK." Before he hangs up I try to brainstorm, I say well, its really hot and I need my car school starts next week how about you take us over to the mall to go back-to-school shopping and then my car can get worked on. He said, "OK" I'll keep the appointment. But then I remember all the car seats, and also that this might not be just a one day job. He says, Ok, do you want me to cancel." I reply, well, maybe you can talk to someone over there maybe I can get my car detailed or something so I can use your courtesy vehicle... I am really desperate here...imagine having four kids in a hot BRAND NEW vehicle...well, he says no and I say fine, I'll cancel but just to let you know I would like you to push this to your manager I expect better service my car is still under warranty. Crickets. No follow up at all. I call the Seattle team and explain the poor customer service I receive - days later they meet me half way at my office dropping of the vehicle to me and give me courtesy vehicle. My husband decides that there must have been some communication error and drives to this Tacoma location to try and find out how we can next time get into their shop since it is much closer and we will be lifelong customers. The people there basically told him to go back North and laughed him out of there. They are rude, boring, classless. I can't believe LAND ROVER has different standards at different locations. When you buy a car from a dealership and it goes bad you should not have to jump through hoops in order to get help. No one ever contacted me again, and we won't be going here any longer the people here do not care about us or customer service. Negative stars!
