This is a beautiful light-gray sectional sofa with matching ottoman, less than 2 years old and still in very good condition. It came from a pet-free, smoke-free home and has been kept clean and well-maintained. The fabric is a soft, modern light-gray upholstery that fits almost any living room style. The cushions are supportive and comfortable, and the sectional offers plenty of cozy seating space. Dimensions: • Overall sectional: 97 in × 98 in • Ottoman: 38 in × 26 in Condition: • No rips, tears, or major stains • Some light color variation on the back from being placed against a wall (shown in photos) — not noticeable once positioned • Slightly relaxed fabric along the top edge of the frame, normal with use and only visible up close. Frame is still very sturdy (see last picture) Overall, the sectional looks great and sits comfortably. The matching ottoman is perfect for lounging, extra seating, or using as a coffee table with a tray.
