Description

Antique painting Easel from around 1880s , Most likely French / German. Easels like this one were used by Artists who painted portraits in Noble or higher established Families. Similar Easels go for anywhere from one thousand to almost two thousand dollars. This easel is hand made and beautifully hand carved with a very ornate top and bottom section. It stands about 7 foot tall and is about 28 inches wide. The previous owner did some minor repair, but it is in its Original condition. Natural wear from time gives it the realistic Character.
