Queen Size Pull Out Couch

We are selling our sleeper sofa to make room for a large sectional that will better suit our needs and match our decor. This couch is very comfortable and pulls out into a queen size bed. Friends have shared that it’s quite comfortable when we use a 2” memory foam topper on it. We are a smoke free home, though we have dogs who do choose to cuddle on this couch. We mostly keep it covered with throw blankets. It is fabric (truly I don’t know what kind) and it is a milk chocolate color. It does not show marks or things very easily, and it is simple to clean. It is 81.5” long, 38” tall and about 37.5” deep. Buyer is responsible for pickup, though we can help get it out of the house and loaded into your car. We work from home and can be flexible on timing. $300 or best offer.
