This cage is ideal for rats, chinchilla, Guinea pigs, and ferrets with 1/2 in metal wire spacing. This can be stacked with additional cages to make multi story enclosures. Shelf is adjustable, and I am including the lower scatter guard (retails for $27) for free. This helps keep bedding from spilling out of the enclosure.
