High quality LAZBOY couch and loveseat set in brown. Upholstery is very durable. Cushions are firm. No tears, very clean. This furniture has been in our living room so it did not see daily use. Couch sat against a window and I always tried to put a blanket over it to cut down on sunlight damage but there’s some lightening in areas. Just switching out furniture. It’s ready to be used in your space. Would also be great to use in a vacation home, cabin, Airbnb, vrbo, family room, etc because of its durability.
