Built on a Ford chassis with a 460 fuil injected V8 with 88197 miles runs and drives great with no issues. All New serpentine belts. Recent coolant flush, oil changes, brake system flush, and chassis grease. Has rebuilt E40D transmission with less than 5000 miles on it. Equipped with an Onan Marquis 7000 generator with 530 hours on it, it has a new carburetor and filters. Dash A/C and heater work as intended. Rear four tires have less than 2000 miles, and front 2 have less than 3000 miles. New steering stabilizer Bilstein shock absorbers. New direct flow front roof A/C. Leveling jacks work as intended with two new lines and controllers. Entry steps have new motor and linkage assembly. Has a new radio with Bluetooth Have a new backup camera but needs to be installed. Awning is in great shape and is easy to setup with one person. New 110V refrigerator. New chassis battery, about 7 months old 4 Coach batteries are around 2 years old New spare tire Roof was inspected and OK'ed in March by a certified shop when roof A/C was replaced.
