Single-person household. No pets. Non-smoker. Purchased BRAND NEW. I am the ONLY owner. In VERY good shape and fully functional. A few cosmetic blemishes from being moved. DIMENSIONS: Each unit is 34" tall (including adjustable feet) Each unit is 23-1/2" wide Each unit is 22-1/2" deep (plus hookup) Entire unit is 68-1/2" tall. Floor to top of unit. This measurement also includes mounted slide-out surface unit located between washer and dryer for folding laundry. (see photo) *Stainless steel interior in both units (photos) ZERO rust or visible wear *All rubber seals are in tact, soft and pliable *Electrical hookups included (photos) *Feet levels (8 total) included *Doors are reversible on both units ***NOTE*** Water line hoses are NOT INCLUDED. Stainless steel/braided hoses are recommended *Original manuals (2) included *Dryer has 3 available vent ports (sides/back) *800 rpm spin cycle on washer *ONE wall plug-in (dryer).
