The refurbished black vinyl interior is also in very condition. It contains a center console, 3-spoke wheel, 'turned' dash and full gauge package. The Trans AM is said to be powered by a rebuilt matching numbers 6.6L (403ci) engine (K-code/RPO80). These motors, sourced from GM's Oldsmobile division, had cast iron heads, 2.02/1.55 valves, hydraulic lifters and a Rochester Quadrajet. They produced 185bhp/315lb/ft and were backed by the GM 350 Turbo Hydra-matic 3-speed automatic gearbox.
