I just recently purchased another vehicle through this company and I just have to say how absolutely amazed I was at their selection and pricing!! They definitely go out of their way to make sure you leave happy and I did! The Owner was wonderful and the salesman are extremely friendly! I’ll definitely continue be a repeat customer. The cars that I saw was priced way to high given the shape the car was in, the mileage in the year. They had some cars that look great on the outside, but you could tell that it was kind of off when I test drove it, and I'm not about to kick out 7 grand for a car that I would have to immediately put in the ship! Besides my step dad got a car from here and not even a month later his engine blew, however they did hook him up with another car, sadly that car also had problems!

Do not buy from this dishonest dealer and these dishonest people.  I went there with my son-in-law looking for a vehicle. My son-in-law inquired about a Volkswagen Tiguan. He was given a price by the sales person. The price was within his budget and he decided to purchase the vehicle. We noticed a bubble on the front tire and brought it to the attention of the sales person.  He said that they would take care of it. He then realized that the tire had a lock lug nut on it and they didn’t have the key. He said that they would try to get it off and if they couldn’t they would take it to the Volkswagen dealership and have them do it. In the meantime my son-in-law and daughter-in-law signed all the paperwork that was required and was told to wait on a call when the vehicle was repaired.  My son-in-law called the next day, but was told that their mechanic could not get the lug nut off and that they would have to take the vehicle to the Volkswagen dealer for repairs. After several calls from my son-in-law over several days including a weekend, the woman in the office told him to stop calling about the vehicle, she told him that since they didn’t put any money down, they had not rights to the vehicle. I personally went to Tropical and talked to the owner and was told that the vehicle should be repaired and he was going to pick it up or have someone else pick it up and they would contact us to complete the purchase, that never happened. I also called the office a couple of days later and asked to speak to the sales person and the woman in the office told me that he was test driving a vehicle.  I know that was a lie because I was across the street parked in my car when I made the call.  We’re pretty sure that they did not want to sale us the vehicle because the sales person gave us the wrong price of the vehicle. My daughter-in-law seen the vehicle listed on their website for about $1,000 more than the price that they told us.  Finally the sales person called my son-in-law and told him that Volkswagen was having a problem getting the lug nut off the tire, we know that that was a lie because we called the Volkswagen dealership and told them that we had a Volkswagen and had lost the key to the lug nut. They told us that it was not a problem, they have the master key for the lug nuts. Tropical could have just told us that the sales person made a mistake on the price, we would have bought the vehicle anyway. The entire staff lied to us, they are not professional and are very disrespectful and dishonest. Do not waste your time there, look for an honest dealer with an honest staff.
