Description

Not looking for as much money as I listed for. Any reasonable offer will be accepted. Around the end of 2023 I noticed that the water wasn't staying clean. I do believe that the pump has an issue but never got around to checking it out. In Jan 2024 we ended up having construction start on our whole house, which took most of the year - we didn't live here for all of that time, and pool was neglected. Just wanting to start fresh and figure if this stuff is out of the area before I get quotes for new stuff, it'll be easier to identify my working area, check my plumbing out in the ground and possibly pour or remove concrete based on how we scope our plan. Thanks!
