Ramp folds down and has a locking pin on each side. All lights do work and uses a size 2 5/6" hitch ball. Sitting on 14" rims, bearings recently greased. Tires are old but work and are good for now! The brake box on it is not hooked up or needed. Perfect for lawn equipment, motorcycle transportation, furniture moving and more!
