I felt very comfortable coming to this dealership, maybe thats where I should have expected the fault. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Suburban with 80k miles on it on 4/20, everything seemed great, the price wasn't too bad, they SEEMED up front about everything, so I went forward with the purchase. I would say the only good thing about this dealership is their return policy. I took the Suburban home and again, everything seemed great, but the next morning we had tried to start it but the battery was completely dead, which is odd....typically this should be caught during their multi-point inspection but it wasn't. So I jumped the battery, took it to autozone and also noticed check engine lights come on, so I had autozone run the codes and check the battery/alternator. Battery came back with having a dead cell and a few codes had come up, one of the major ones being a P0700 transmission control code, so I decided to take the vehicle back. I got to the dealership with the intent of returning the vehicle but the sales manager convinced me to keep the vehicle but he made a deal that he would put it through inspection, and if something came up and was major they would take the car back and not charge me anything for it, but if it were something small they would fix the issue. So I agreed and also had my return period extended to Friday. They called 2 days later and stated that "two wires were touching" and that the issue had been fixed. So I decided to attempt to get some type of warranty for at least a few thousand miles but when speaking to the finance rep he stated "this is a used car, what do you expect" so I explained that I wanted a warranty to give me a peace of mind and it shouldn't be an issue since I had already had an problem (a simple one too that was overlooked) but he stated that if I wanted warranty it would be $6000 and some change....at that point I could just wait for the tranny to go out and replace it for that price, so I explained that I figured I would get it for free (mind you the car is still mine at this point and paid for) . The finance rep laughed and stated that warranty is not complimentary and that I cant expect to get one with out paying for one. Being that I had an issue with a newly purchased vehicle with just 2 days of ownership did not sit right with me so I decided since I would not get a warranty of some type included, I would just return the SUV.....with also being charged a restock fee, not even that was able to be waived. Why would I trust that this car would last when they overlooked something as simple a battery.  I posted the picture of the suburban to help others avoid this or at least make them aware of it. Not a good experience for purchasing my first car for my family.

Sal guided us through every step of the process with honesty  and made the experience feel comfortable and easy.

Sal  had great attention to detail and  his commitment to customer satisfaction was excellent.He even followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy with our new car. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Sal definitely took the extra mile And I will recommend him to any who is in the need to purchase a new vehicle.

Bought a Xt5 from this place within days it had problems, taken it in 3 times and they still have not fixed any of the issues,but adding a new one by scratching my car!!!  I don't live close so these trips are a waste off gas & time. They also said they washed/vacuumed it, that's a joke! They keep telling me to wait, they'll fix it, they had it overnight, went to pick up STILL NOT fixed !!! Told them, waited again  & it came back out the same. Took these photos at there dealership after they gave it to me, they also have you sign paperwork before the car was brought out.
Took care back in because they still have not fixed the issue after 3 visits & this last time they had it 4 days,picked it up on a Saturday & it's still not running correctly, I wish I never bought a car from this place. I wish I could upload a video of what this car sounds like, it embarrassing.

Eric Nosser made my car shopping experience so easygoing. Right from the moment we shook hands on the lot he went above and beyond to cater to me and what I was looking for. Eric did very well addressing every single question or concern I voiced throughout the process. He was knowledgeable about every thing from the cars, financing and anything under the realm of vehicle shopping. If I could personally give him 10/10 I would. Thanks for everything!
