Description

This listing includes 2 candle holders, 2 angel climbers and 2 candles in ornate, Hollywood Regency style. 1. Brass and cast metal alloy holders measure approximately 9 1/2” tall x 5” wide. Highly ornate with decorative elements such as floral motif (tulip-shaped top). Adorned with hanging cut glass crystal prisms on all sides. Expertly crafted. Unbranded. Natural patina. 2. Porcelain “candle climbers,” also known as “candle huggers,” measure approximately 4 1/2” tall. Luster white with gold hand-painted accents. These figurines were designed to wrap around a candle, giving the appearance of angels hugging candles. Japan sticker on underside. Excellent condition with no chips, breaks, repairs etc. 3 Long wood candles with textured surface with “dripping wax” effect. White and gold. Excellent condition. The angels and candles are from the early 1950s. I believe the candle holders are from the 1940s. Despite being over 70 years old, all pieces are in excellent condition with only minor signs of age. Sold as a group, not sold individually. 6 pieces. Cash only. Pickup in New Hyde Park, Nassau County, Long Island.
