Just purchased a vehicle this week. I had a better experience than any other dealership I've dealt with. They are not gimmicky, educate you on your purchase so you feel comfortable on what vehicle your buying. Unlike some salesman, they didn't pressure to buy before leaving. I thought they made an awesome first impression in how educated they were about every aspect of their job and the knowledge about each vehicle so that they can deliver a comprehensive delivery. Amanda took the time to go through each section of the application process so their is no hidden fees, no hidden ancillary products that you did not purchase. I've experienced this at other dealers where they tack on all these products and present you a price without discussing those products with you. Kudos to these ladies! And they staff! They're awesome.

My husband and daughter got hit by a drunk driver on the freeway and needed a car as soon as possible so that they could get to and from work each day.
We saw this place on google and based off their reviews we decided to give it a try. We walked in and had no expectations of leaving with a car or even good news lol Boy were we wrong! I can’t even explain how great these two ladies were at not just their job but also their customer service, communication and their ability to genuinely give a damn about you and your situation. They were open, honest and transparent about everything we asked. They aren’t your usual car sales place and that’s what makes them so great. I must say that buying a car off of Charleston is a scary scary situation sometimes but going down to fairway this car buying experience was fun and also a very very great experience for me and my son. We were in the market looking for a car for my son we bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from them and from the beginning to the end of the buying experience I can honestly say that these ladies know their stuff they take care of you they keep you in the loop on everything that's going on and I mean everything from front bumper to rear bumper of your car. My son loves his car he loves it absolutely so to anyone out there in the market buying a car go to fairway and check them out their prices are reasonable they work with you they don't try to get over on you like most little small car lots. Genuinely such amazing ladies that work here. This was the first car I’ve ever bought and I was scared and skeptical of everything because of what you grow up hearing about dealerships.

Throughout the whole process they assured me on every step, and were fully prepared to go out of their way to make sure I left happy. I also learned a lot about cars and the auto world in general from them.

I’m really looking forward to going back to them for EVERYTHING to do with my beautiful new 2018 Civic with 38k miles!!!! I’m certain this car will last me forever :)
