This is a year old half-size violin purchased new at Geesman Violins. This is the exact same quality and build you would receive if you purchased a violin from his shop. The only difference is that we are selling for half the price (we paid $500 for it). We auditioned many violins for our daughter’s teacher, and this was the one that sounded best, and was easiest to play. We also replaced the strings about 6 months ago. Our daughter is now playing the the next size up, so we are selling her old one.
